1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the AI Marketing Command Center ("the Toolkit"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Toolkit. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sierra Kru LLC.

2. Product Description

The Toolkit is a set of AI skill files and documentation designed to work inside Anthropic's Claude Projects. It includes four diagnostic tools: Brand Architect, Industry Scanner, Competitor Analyst, and Funnel Doctor. The Toolkit is delivered digitally via email after purchase.

3. License

Upon purchase, Sierra Kru LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Toolkit for your own business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, share, distribute, or use the Toolkit for client work without prior written permission from Sierra Kru LLC. Unauthorized use may result in termination of your license without refund.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. No refunds are issued after delivery of the download link. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us at support@sierrakru.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Toolkit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Sierra Kru LLC does not warrant that the Toolkit will meet your specific business objectives, produce particular revenue outcomes, or be free from errors. Results depend on how you implement the recommendations generated.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sierra Kru LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Toolkit. Sierra Kru LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Toolkit.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, skill files, documentation, and materials included in the Toolkit are the intellectual property of Sierra Kru LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trade secret laws. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the Toolkit without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Toolkit requires a paid subscription to Anthropic's Claude. Sierra Kru LLC is not affiliated with Anthropic and is not responsible for changes to Claude's features, pricing, or availability. Your use of Claude is governed by Anthropic's own terms of service.

9. Modifications

Sierra Kru LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Toolkit after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will post the effective date of any revision at the top of this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.
